Q:
 Can you pick up a part for me and deliver it today?
A:
 Yes. Normally, we have a $20 additional charge for "same day service". However, we can waive that charge for our "Frequent Flyer" customers.  


Q:  How do I become a "Frequent Flyer" customer?
A:  Simple. You fill out and submit a Weekly Credit form and, once accepted, your company begins using our service for a minimum of 4 deliveries per week. As long as you maintain the minimum of 4 deliveries each week and pay your bill on time, you will get the "Frequent Flyer" discount with your bill.


Q:  Can I pay for each delivery with a check?
A:  Yes. Your business check is accepted. However, we will add a $35 service fee for any checks returned for "insufficient funds". So, please make sure your check will clear before you write it.
Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.


Q:  Do you have a verifiable list of references?
A:  Yes we do. Send us an email and we will provide you with a list of current customers who work with us now and have worked with us in the recent past.


Q:  Do you have employees that work with you?
A:  No. We have "Independant Contractors" that provide services for us. Each one is licensed and dependable with a clean driving record. And, each one is a Veteran! Background checks are required.


Q: If my materials need to go to Greeley or Colorado Springs today, can you get them there?
A: Yes we can. Normally, we have a few scheduled deliveries to several towns on certain days. Quite often, we can take or pick up your goods in the same town on most any given day of the work week. Currently we have waived our additional "same day service" charges.


Q: If I have three deliveries in the same town,
do I have to pay the same charges for each delivery?

A: No. We have a flat rate "First delivery" fee for each town. In most cases we have only an additional $15 charge for the second, third and each additional delivery (or pick-up).


Q: Do you pick up and deliver on weekends?
A: Not as a rule. We can schedule a Saturday morning delivery for your business if you absolutely need to have your mechandise delivered that day. However, there is an additional 25% charge for Saturday deliveries (or pick-ups).


Q:
Do You make residential deliveries?
A:
Yes we do. Residential delivery or pick-up is available in the Colorado front range area only. Because of the added time needed to navigate in and out of most any residential areas and extra equipment that may be required, there is an additional $25 charge for this service. Residential delivery is not available outside of Colorado and is available in the high country only during the warmer months (June through September). Please inquire for specific details.
